Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Nashik facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website banner during promotional periods.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier partner's website.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete/incorrect, or if the customer refused the package, the shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout.
