Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier partner issues, or public holidays. Noya Beauty is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our skincare and haircare products, items once sold are generally non-returnable. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product.
