Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most active pin codes in India. To cover the cash-handling costs charged by our courier partners, a flat convenience fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders. To avoid this fee, we highly recommend using our secure online payment gateway at checkout.
Total transparency is our priority. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your unique AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number and a tracking link. You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Because we utilize a rapid-dispatch system to ensure fast delivery, orders enter processing immediately after this 3-hour window. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Due to the personal hygiene and consumable nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, if you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and issue a free replacement or a full refund.
If your order qualifies for a return (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please email us at help@noyabeauty.in within 7 days of receiving the package. Please attach clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged product and your invoice. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the seamless return process.
