Refund Policy
Because skincare is a personal hygiene category, we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and purity of our products for all customers.

1. General Return Policy
Due to the personal hygiene nature of cosmetics and skincare, Noya Beauty products are strictly non-returnable once sold and delivered. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, disliking the scent, or minor texture preferences.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take extreme care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or if you receive an incorrect product, we will issue a replacement or refund. You must adhere to the following procedure:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs/unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item.
- Do not open the seal or use the incorrect/damaged product.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Before Dispatch: A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: We cannot cancel the order once it has been handed over to our courier partners.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return/cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will reflect in your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
